Contact our concierge support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your fireplace or BBQ unit in its original wooden crate or heavy-duty carton, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included.
Schedule Freight Pickup
Due to the size and weight of our products, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your curbside at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit to confirm it is in new, uninstalled condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
