While we do not provide direct installation, we provide detailed technical specifications for all units. We strongly recommend hiring a certified gas technician or licensed contractor to ensure your fireplace or BBQ is installed according to local safety codes.
What is your return policy for outdoor BBQs and grills?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that because these are heavy goods, return shipping fees apply, and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Do your gas fireplaces come with a warranty?
Yes, all Luxe Fireplaces products come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. Most units include a limited lifetime warranty on the firebox and a 1-5 year warranty on electronic components and burners.
Can I convert a natural gas BBQ to liquid propane?
